Take a look at this short youtube video. It shows a "National Weather Service Enhanced Radar Image" of a very weird and large anomoly pulsating out of Evansville, Indiana.

Might this be HAARP at work?

Yeah the Civil Defense Alarms (Rotating Horn Beacons) were going off in my area cycling on and off last night. Weather guys get a little excited when they see high turbulance on their state of the art Radar.

Really the Weather Scouts like police and other officials would have to confirm this if there was an actual touch down of a Tornado in a certain area I was little apprehensive but not worried it was raining alot and alot of flash of lightning but not that bad at least in my area.

The state of Indiana is North of Kentucky. I live in the city of Louisville not to far from the Ohio River where I often here the River boats blowing their Horns very different from a train horn.
