I have this reoccuring thing in my dreams where the inside of my nose/brain feels like it's being 'crunched' -- this comes in waves, and in the dream I sort of have to stop and deal with it. It hurts quite a bit, which is sort of worrisome to me as I cannot recall feeling pain in any other dreams...
Any thoughts? _________________ www.resoundingsounds.blogspot.com |

Hi Gobbo,
If I may offer two possibilites:
1) you're being messed with while you dream
2) your body is complaining about something in a way it cannot when you're awake.

That's sort of the conclusions I came to as well.
What is the significance of the nose esoterically? _________________ www.resoundingsounds.blogspot.com |

Hi Old Gobbo,
Nose issues can be about feeling victimized, powerless, that they're not in control of their life, fearing external control and being hypervigilant that someone is going to violate them in some way. There can be humiliation and shame, not valuing themsleves, maybe having been exploited in certain ways in the past. The person might be a cerebral type who tends to control the deeper instincts.
Hope that helps give you something to ponder
