This was sent to me by a friend. I found it interesting since there is much speculation about weather control, but even more interesting is the mention from someone at the end of the discussion -he is making orgone devices. Really interesting read.

It is a Galactic Federation of Light Ship that is Clocked from being
seen by others around the globe.
