I should have known I'd find a live link on the FAS website - that's Federation of American Scientists and it's a very good objective and concerned group of scientists

Under Chapter Four, Concept of Operations, there is Artificial Weather. Read the end of the first paragraph under Artificial Weather and comprehend what they are saying. They are altering our PERCEPTION of reality, meaning what is really around us is not what we are seeing. The movie They Live comes to mind...oh and it's being re-released. Smile
